The first three steps to a new design project.




The first step is to contact us by filling in our graphic design estimate and discovery form. It then depends on the type of design work you require. Some projects are straight forward and we can move to the estimate and design stage. On the other hand, some project’s require more details, research and a design proposal. If that’s the case, we’ll send you a link to one of our online discovery forms so we can get an idea of what you and your business are all about.
Having the answers to these questions written down helps to keep an accurate record of our conversation, goals of the design, and a thought-process behind creative choices and strategy. It also helps us to learn your story, message and personality.




After we receive your discovery session details, we can set up an appointment to discuss your project through Skype, over the phone or if your local, in person, whatever works! we can elaborate on discoveries uncovered in the questionnaire and collaborate on the project at hand. During our meeting, we’ll discuss the project’s specs, needs, objectives and assumptions.
Depending on the scale of your project we will either generate a basic estimate or a detailed proposal which includes an outline of the scope of the project, goals and aesthetics. The proposal also includes a list of timelines, costs, deliverable’s, terms and conditions.




After the initial deposit and timeline dates are established, we move on to the fun stuff. Design!
In the proposal, the design and development process is outlined step-by-step so there are no surprises.
Revisions and discussions are encouraged, so availability during this phase is paramount to ensure projects are on-time and on budget, but above all, we are both thrilled with the results! Let’s get started!
